Atty. Reina Rica Sanchez, also known as 'Aika,' presently holds the position of Vice Mayor in Bulakan, Bulacan. Born on April 29, 1986, she graduated from the San Beda College of Law, successfully passing the Bar Examination in 2016.

In 2010, she became an active member of the Sangguniang Bayan ng Bulakan, where she was elected as the youngest Councilor in the province. She garnered the distinction of being the topnotcher Councilor in both 2013 and 2019.

In 2015, Atty. Aika also received a Silver Medal from Gawad Galing Sanggunian, recognizing her as the second-best Councilor among 220 councilors in the entire province of Bulacan.

Currently, Atty. Aika serves as the Secretary-General of the Vice Mayor’s League – Bulacan Chapter. Her past governmental roles include serving as the Topnotcher Board of Director of the Philippine Councilors League (PCL) – Bulacan Chapter in 2013 and PCL Municipal Representative in 2019. Additionally, she was elected as the District Chairman of the National Movement of Young Legislators (NMYL) – Bulacan Chapter in 2013 and later assumed the role of NMYL Vice President in 2019.

Furthermore, in 2019, Atty. Aika played a crucial role in the City of Guiguinto as a Sangguniang Bayan Consultant and served as the Legal Head of the Valenzuela Anti-Drug Abuse Office in Valenzuela City from 2017 to 2018.

Carrying the spirit of hard work and perseverance, Atty. Aika, affectionately dubbed "Your Best Vice," has endeared herself to many Bulakenyos. Her generosity is evident in providing free notarial and legal services, along with crafting suitable and valuable Resolutions and Ordinances for the welfare of her constituents.
