Work hard in silence, let your success be your noise. He is a man who encapsulates that belief in his every single action. "BAGONG BULAKAN ... sama-sama!" His campaign policy had been shown in full throughout the Municipality of Bulakan, Bulacan.

A humble beginning with a mindset of excellence that pushes himself to do everything and achieve what he aspires to be. From a small kid pushed by his father to play sports, to becoming one of the most renowned basketball icons of the country, a coach, and finally, a public servant, his hunger for excellence and success has never waned. He continued to challenge himself to do and achieve what is best for everyone that is under his care.

He strived to bring change and change he did bring for the people of Bulakan. A change to what has been done and not have been done. As his motto entails, that we are all in this change together. "BAGONG BULAKAN . . . sama-sama pa rin!"
